ਅਸਾਡੇ ਬਾਰੇ
ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।ਖੇਤੀ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਹਰੇ ਇਨਕਲਾਬ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਨਅਤ ਦਾ ਚੱਕਾ ਘੁੰਮਾਇਆ।ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੀ ਨਾ -ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਵਧੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 52 ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਘਰਾਣਿਆ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਤਿਹਾਈ ਦੌਲਤ ਤੇ ਕਬਜਾ ਹੈ। ਜੂਨ 2020 ਵਿਚ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਾਹਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਥਿਤ ਖੇਤੀ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆੜ ਥਲੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ, ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਈ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਚਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਠ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਏਕਾ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਲੀ ਵਲ ਕੂਚ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਾਓਣ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਅਪਣਾਇਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਹਦ ਤੋਂ ਅਗੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ,ਉਤਰਖੰਡ,ਯੂ. ਪੀ. ਅਤੇ ਦਖਣ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰੋਕਾਂ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਦਿਲੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਹਦ ਤੇ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਬੈਠ ਗਏ। ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਝਿਜਕ ਅਗੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੇ ਹਕ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਅ ਦਾ ਨਾਹਰਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ।ਇਸ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜਬਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਪਧਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੈਲੀਬਰਟੀ ਹਸਤੀਆਂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਪੌਪ ਸਿੰਗਰ ਰਿਹਾਨਾ,ਗਰੇਟਾ ਥਨਬਰਗ,ਮਿਨਾ ਹੈਰਿਸ ਹੁਰਾਂ ਅਗੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਤੁਰੰਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਖ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਥਾਂ ਦੇਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇੰਨਾਂ ਪਰਸਥਿਤੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੇਵਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਸਿਵਲ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲ ਕਦਮੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2020 ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਅਦੋਲਨ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ। ਅਗਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਡ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਨੂੰਨਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿਚ ਅਵਾਜ ਉਠਾਈ। ਸਰਵਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ‘ਕਿਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਫੋਰਮ ‘ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਸੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ,ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ,ਅਤੇ ਸਿੰਘੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਅਫਜਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਮਦਤ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਫੋਰਮ ਨੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ।
ਕਿਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਨਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ। ਉਂਝ ਤਾਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਪਤਲੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ 60% ਲੋਕ ਖੇਤੀ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਤਪਾਦਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿਚ ਬਣਾਏ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਡੀ ਵਸੋਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਟ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਸੇਵਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਜਾਗਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ।ਕਿਰਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੇਹੜੇ ਸਦਾ ਚਾਨਣ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਭਰੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਜਿਓਣ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਹਕ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਰਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਹਤਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਵੀ ਲੰਮਾਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਜਿਓਂਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਸਕੇਗੀ। ਕਿਸਾਨ -ਮਜਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਕ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੇ. ਕੇ. ਐਫ. ਵੈਬ ਸਾਈਟ ਹੋਂਦ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਸੰਤ ਰਾਮ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਤਰਾਂ ਕਿਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਫੋਰਮ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ–

About us
Farmers and farm labour have played an important role in the economic development of the country. It was the agriculture-based green revolution that turned the wheel of our industry, economy and ensured food security. However, with lopsided economic development, inequality has increased. Fifty two corporate houses of our country own one third of the country’s wealth.
In June 2020, during the fury of the Covid disease, the peaceful agitation on the streets of Punjab continued for several months against the three laws enacted in tearing hurry by the Union government under the guise of alleged agricultural reforms. Seeing the government’s stubbornness, the farmers’ organization took the route of protesting by marching together to Delhi. Beyond the border of Punjab, with the support of the farmers of Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand and other states up to down South, thousands of farmers sat on the border of Delhi for a protest, overcoming all restrictions, hurdles and vagaries of nature.
That is why farmers’ organizations around the world called this farmers’ movement an eye-opener for governments operating perceptibly under the umbrella of the corporate houses. Celebrities like world famous pop singer Rihanna, Greta Thunberg, Mina Harris had publicly praised the farmers’ struggle
In these circumstances, retired civil, uniformed officers and other socially conscious people took the initiative and decided to support this peaceful, democratic movement of farmers in November 2020. By unanimously naming this platform as ‘Kirti Kisan Forum’, a series of regular meetings were held to discuss the agricultural laws. The KKF contributed significantly in various ways to extend moral and material support to the farmers by conducting seminars, meetings, visiting Singhu border and sending books procured from the Panjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana and the Punjabi University Patiala, to participants in the andolan- men and women.
The problems of the farmer sector did not end with the withdrawal of 3-Acts. The condition of farmers is poor all over the world but in India, as 60% of the people are directly engaged and dependent on agriculture, it is worsening by the day due to various factors.
Hence the KKF has resolved to continue efforts for the well-being of our people. Let the courtyards of workers and farmers always be dazzling and everyone should have the right to live a happy life. If the workers and farmers’ lives and living is not improved, then this system will not be able to survive for a long time. With the intention of bringing qualitative change in the life of farmers-labourers, the KKF has launched the website.
